1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We also use similar browser storage. Together they let the site remember things between visits, such as whether you are signed in or which cookie choice you made.
2. Essential
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They remember your cookie choice, keep a signed-in member or administrator securely logged in, and protect forms against abuse. Without them, parts of the site simply stop working.
3. Optional
If you accept all cookies, we may use simple, aggregated measurement to understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. This is never used to identify you personally, and choosing "Essential only" switches it off.
4. Third parties
Our contact page shows an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours. Links to member businesses' own websites and social media pages are also outside our control.
5. Changing your mind
You can clear this site's cookies and stored data in your browser settings at any time. The cookie notice will then appear again on your next visit so you can make a new choice. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
